Beer. How do you judge if its ‘good’ or not? The froth? The taste? The colour? The brewing method? Or maybe it’s the ingredients?
It all comes down to individual preference. That’s why on Saturday Apr. 23, Saigon Outcast are hosting their annual Craft Beer Festival; an opportunity for you to sample the multiple craft beers Saigon has to offer and decide for yourself what makes beer good.
Showcasing beer from the city’s best known craft beer companies including Fuzzy Logic, Pasteur Street Brewing Company and Eagle Pilsner, as well as the products of smaller brewing companies like Phat Rooster and Te Te wheat beer, also in the mix will be Saigon Cider who will be on hand to guide you through their flavours.
Beer sipper, or not, bring the family and friends for a mélange of food, drinks and soulful beats.
Saigon Outcast is at 188 Nguyen Van Huong, Thao Dien, Q2, HCMC and the festival starts at 3pm and goes on until late. Admission is VND50,000 or with three samples of beer, VND125,000. For more info contact Emily Dallara on [email protected] or click on saigonoutcast.com
