Shark Night

From 3D shark movies through to the return of idiot British detectives, the cinemas are hardly arthouse this month. But there are nonetheless a few decent flicks coming to the big screen in Ho Chi Minh City

 

Shark Night

Sara (Sara Paxton) takes her friends to her family lake house in Louisiana Gulf for a summer vacation. Everyone is swimming in the salt-water lake and having a blast until Malik (Sinqua Walls) loses his arm in what initially appears to be a tragic wake-boarding mishap. However, while they are taking Malik to the closest hospital, they quickly realize there are a lot of hungry fresh-water sharks and their small speedboat isn’t about to stop these sharks from getting their next meal.

Hearing about this, a group of zoo animals decide to break their code of silence in order to help their lovable zookeeper find love without him having to leave his current job for something more illustrious.

Despite the freedom from their normal routines and habits, the guys soon discover that each other's lives are nowhere near as rosy as they once seemed.
